More Info:
From 1973, 1974, 1976 and 1977 come the band's first four albums for Columbia Records. All four made the US Top 200 Albums chart with The Manhattans peaking at No. 16. 'There's No Me Without You', 'Don't Take Your Love' and 'I Kinda Miss You' were US Top 50 hits, but 'Kiss And Say Goodbye' from The Manhattans was a US No. 1 as well as being a worldwide hit. The follow-up, 'Hurt', was a UK Top 5 hit. The band had continued success through the 1970s and 1980s, until Gerald Alston left to pursue a solo career. The band changed lineup, but never bothered the charts again. Digitally remastered and slipcased, and with extensive new notes
